Buffet Dinner
The basic package will include Cheese and Crackers at table, House or Caesar Salad (Can be served, or Buffet Style), 2 or 3 Entrée choices, 2 Potato or Rice Choices, 2 Vegetable Choices, Rolls, Assorted Desserts (If Necessary) and One non-alcoholic beverage (refills included).
Choose from :
Chicken, Beef, Pork, Pasta, and Seafood for your entrées.
Carving Station :
Can replace one entrée, or be added to the Buffet Package.
Choose from Beef, Ham, Lamb, Turkey or Pork.

Sit Down Dinners

The Mountain Village Wedding Chapel is located In The Great Smoky Mountains in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina.

Miss Caroline's Smoky Mountain Wedding Chapel was built in 1992. It was originally a traveler's chapel dedicated to Maggie Valley tourists for prayer and worship. Couples desiring to be married found the chapel so quaint and cozy that it soon became necessary for a minister to be on call just to perform ceremonies. So in 1995, Burton and Caroline Edwards put together an array of packages to accommodate these requests. Here's to those couples and years of wonderful weddings!
