Rates vary from weekday to weekend and also by season.

Policies
• When requesting reservations, please state the exact date of arrival and departure.
• Reservations are accepted with the understanding that payment will be made for the full period.
• Minimum stays are required during certain months of the year.
• Deposits are required when you are booking your reservation:
• One-night deposit for one- to three-night reservations
• Two-night deposit for four- to six-night reservations
• Three-night deposit for seven-night or more reservations
• Major credit cards accepted: MasterCard, and Visa
• Cancellations are accepted under the following guidelines:
• Deposits are refundable with 30 DAYS notice of cancellation.
• Refunds for shorter notice are contingent upon our being able to fill the reservation.
• There will be a $50 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE per room for all cancellations.

Check-in Time
Rooms are usually ready by 4:00 P.M. If you should arrive before your accommodations are ready you should be prepared to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings while you wait.

Check-out Time
To assure tidy accommodations for our incoming guests, we ask that you check out by 11:00 A.M. Arrangements can be made for changing or storing luggage if you wish to stay through lunch. An additional day will be charged unless arrangements have been made with the office personnel.
  
Payment
Preferred forms of payment upon departure are travelers' checks, personal checks, or cash. We accept MasterCard, and Visa.
   
Special Events
Contact us about hosting your special events (birthday parties, receptions, dinner parties, meetings, and so on).

Local phone service is free from your room. To make long distance calls a calling card can be used or call collect..

N. C. Sales Tax
A 6.75% sales tax will be added to lodging costs.
 
Haywood County Room Tax
A 4% room tax will be added to lodging costs.
